A new account is created pending validation and can only be used once approved by the Aipress24 team. See Getting started.

How do I become visible to journalists?

Why can’t I answer an enquiry notice?
Answering an enquiry notice, on the organisation side, requires an active Business Wall. See Enquiry notices.

Who can register for an event?
Event accreditation is reserved for journalists. See Events.

Where can I find my purchases, sales and invoices?
In Work › Achats (Purchases), Work › Ventes (Sales) and Work › Facturation (Invoicing). See Monetisation & rights.

How do I hide my phone number or email?
From Preferences › “Options de contact”, community by community. See Your profile.
